Proclinical is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our clients team as a Customer Service Representative.
This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension.
Calls are received directly by the Customer Service Team every month. Thanks to your customer orientation, you help to find answers for our customers and offer them an optimal experience with our customer service.
The Customer Service Representative supports the achievement of the company's business goals and in particular customer satisfaction through an effective and efficient execution of the order-to-invoice process and returns management.
Responsibilities:
- Professional contact for customers (hospital, doctor's office, pharmacy, pharmaceutical distributors) in Switzerland and for the sales teams for questions about the order-to-invoice process and their timely response
- Processing of all customer orders including prioritization and timely delivery to the customer
- Receive, review and enter multi-channel customer orders for pharmaceutical and medical device products, marketing materials and samples
- Tracking of open orders (product availability, allocation, EDI and e-shop etc.)
- Coordination of logistics and emergency deliveries with external service partners
- Taking customer calls in German, French and Italian. Inbound calls to record side effects relevant to patient safety and to process them according to the process
- Multi-channel invoicing on the contractually agreed date
- Complaints management from receipt to coordination of the solution, including returns management
Experience:
- Commercial training, business studies or similar training
- Excellent knowledge of German, English and French (spoken and written), knowledge of Italian an advantage
- Several years of experience in customer service, preferably in the health care industry
- IT affinity in dealing with ERP systems (SAP and salesforce.com) and MS Office, e-commerce experience (EDI, web shop, GHX) an advantage
- Empathetic and friendly personality who stays calm even in the hustle and bustle combined with the ability to maintain focus even under rapidly changing situations and topics or under pressure
